As a wedding designer and producer I have been to so many amazing venues and outdoor garden style festivities but when I walked into the private yard of this bride's parents, where she had chosen to hold her big day, my jaw dropped. This yard hardly had words to describe its magnificence and my mind went wild with ideas! We ended up scaling back on the amount of area used in order not to spread decor too thin.

We had a dance floor with custom 5' spaced 25 watt bulb string lights covered with peach Chinese lanterns, a ceremony with two large garden pedestals and urns overlooking one of several ponds wit a waterfall, another large garden pedestal and urn at the entry as you waled next to a stream on a walkway lined with shepherd hook floral and overhead garlands with hanging lanterns. The tables were scattered organically throughout the yard with beautiful silver pedestal bowl floral on lace topped coral, ivory and sea foam linens. Last but not least we added two lined canopy's with garden inspired floral and lounge seating. Such a beautiful and fun wedding. The active couple rode away on a tandem bike for their send off, complete with hear shaped sparklers.

The catering was by the always amazing Culinary Crafts and these beautiful photos are from the talented Mikki Platt. Cake by Layers and the band was the Rob Bennion Band
